Perfect chia pudding
Chia pud is one of my favourite breakfast. Its so versatile and such a great well to pack in a protein and omega 3 punch in the morning.
- 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cuppreferred milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Combine milk and chia
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 1/2 an hour.
- Garnish with desired fruit, nuts and seeds.
