Cooking Stages

    • Pre heat the oven to 180

    • Wrap beets individually in aluminium foil with a tsp of water. Baked them for 40-50 minutes. And allow to cool.

    • In a processor, combine the chickpeas, lime juice, tahini, oil, garlic with the beetroot (leave the skins on for added fibre). Add salt and pepper as you like.
