Another super simple and quick recipe. In need of a birthday present? Then these are ideal! They feel so decadent, but in fact are full of plant protein and vitamins. Yum.
This recipe makes about 10, depending how large you roll them.
Blend all the ingredients. Add more water if too dry. You'll end up with a sticky, chocolately mixture. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball.
You can leave them plain. Or roll them in a dust. I love rolling in raw cacao, matcha powder or cranberry powder.
