Coconut, blackforest cupcakes

By far my favourite cake EVER. It's chocolate-y and fudge-y, but so light and delicious. I've made it into cupcakes here, but works really well as a sandwich cake (just cook for 18-20 minutes instead). I even had this for my birthday cake this year and everyone loved it!
Turn on oven to 180 degrees °C.
Add the vinegar into the milk. Leave for a few mins. Then add oil and apple purée and whisk until frothy.
Add all other ingredients and stir until combined (I use a blender!)
Pour into cases.
Bake at 180 degrees °C for 15 mins until a stick comes out clean.
