Ridiculously easy and quick yet satisfying breakfast idea.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups almond milk
- Simply throw in you blackberries in a pot and wait until the natural juices start to come out to create a compote.
- Add in your oats, add milk or water (or both. Ratio depends on your personal preferences).
- Cook on low heat until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and don't forget to stir.
- Serve straight away and add the toppings of your choice, which in my case is fresh berries.
