Fig, Mango and Coconut Sweet Porridge
Our multi grain porridge is so warming and full of beneficial fiber thanks to the oats that contribute to lower cholesterol and balance blood sugar. It will give you all the energy you need for your day and keep your tummy happy as they help to maintain a healthy digestion. Coconut is full of fiber as well and healthy fats that makes you feel full and boost metabolism. It's also great for skin and hair health. Plus its antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties promote immune system function. Once you start including it in your diet, it will be hard to do without it.
- 50 g Multi grain and seed porridge
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut chips
- 1 tbsp Coconut syrup
- 35 g Bar
- Place the porridge in a microwave safe bowl and cover with the coconut milk.
- Add the coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of coconut chips and half the bar chopped in small pieces. Stir to combine
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- When ready to serve, top with the remaining coconut chips and the other half of the bar chopped.
- Drizzle the coconut syrup on top and enjoy!
