- smoked salmon
- 25g raw seed and nut mix
- 1 Wholegrain spelt crackers
- Rocket
- broccoli
- tomatoes
Instructions:
- Wash all the veg and throw into a bowl
- Chop up smoked salmon into bite size pieces and place on the veggies
- sprinkle on a generous portion of the seed and nut mix
- Snap the cracker into 2 bits and munch away!
