Caramel porridge parfait
Absolutely delicious caramel parfait with creamy oats topped with smooth coconut yogurt and a protein-rich energy bar. Coconut yogurt is a great dairy free alternative that is rich in beneficial probiotics to help maintain gut health and balance the intestinal flora. Oats are good source of soluble fiber that support digestive health as well as promoting the lowering of bad cholesterol. Our wholesome bar is full of whole grains like millet and amaranth and plant based rice protein that contributes to stabilizing blood sugar levels and it's great as a post-workout treat to help muscle recovery.
- 50 gr Multi grain and seed porridge
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Caramel coconut yogurt
- Half Pineapple & Banana wholesome bar
- Pomegranate seeds To taste
- Soak the porridge oats in coconut milk overnight or for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
- Place in a glass or jar.
- Spread the caramel coconut yogurt on top.
- Chop the bar in small pieces and roll into balls or simply place on top of the yogurt as it is.
- Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top and enjoy!
