Cooking Stages

    • Mash the banana until liquified

    • Add the milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and sweetener and allow to sit for 5 minutes

    • In a pan heat the coconut oil

    • Place each slice of bread into the banana mix and coat well

    • Place the bread into the pan and cook on both sides until brown (5 mins per side approx)

    • Serve with fresh seasonal fruit and Cacao sauce

    • Cacao sauce is simply equal parts of cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup with a little hot water to loosen and warmed until glossy & delicious
