    • Put the oats, raisins, chopped almonds, chia seeds, 1/4 of a grated or finely chopped apple and almond milk into a bowl and leave to soak for around an hour – meanwhile…

    • Add the berries, sugar, cinnamon, forever beautiful mix and 2 cups of water to a small sauce pan, bring to a simmer and add the peeled pear and poach on a low heat for 10 mins and then remove and allow to cool

    • Pour off most of the water from the poaching liquid, leave around half a cup. Add this to a blender and blitz, than add back to the pan and reduce until a syrup consistiency is achieved. This will take five minutes or so

    • Add the oat mix to a bowl and top with the pear, pour some of the syrup over the pear and the rest around the edges, sprinkle over some more finely shredded apple and crushed almonds…
