Ingredients

Cooking Stages

    • Empty the tofu into a blender or food processor (I prefer food processor for this so I can scoop it out easier)

    • Blend until smooth

    • Add cacao, sweetener and 1/2 tsp of mint oil and optional melted chocolate, one at a time, whilst the processor is on – a little at a time so that it combines evenly

    • Keep blending until all combined, scrape down the sides with a spatula at intervals

    • Taste as you go – add more cacao, sweetener or mint oil if needed
