Seed powered green smoothie bowl with coconut meat, greens, coconut water topped with hemp & sunflower seeds. They may be tiny but have outstanding properties and plant power! Hemp seeds are a great source of protein containing all the essential amino acids our bodies need and they have an ideal ratio of omega 3s to omega 6s fatty acids which reduce inflammation, support hormone balancing and energy production in the body.
Sunflower seeds contain high levels of B vitamins and essential minerals like zinc, magnesium, selenium and copper which support muscle and bone health along with immune function and detoxification.
And let's not forget vitamin E great antioxidant and anti inflammatory aid and powerful skin glow promoter!
In a vitamix or other blender pour the water and add the avocado, frozen chopped banana, greens and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving bowl.
Decorate the top with the seeds and enjoy!
