Refreshing Moringa Green Smoothie bowl
This refreshing green smoothie is the perfect way to fuel the body with all the nutrients contained in plants! Their chlorophyll has super antioxidant powers, it aids cleansing, detoxification and transport of oxygen to the body's cells. Moringa is a great addiction being rich in iron, protein, calcium, magnesium and vit A & B. It's one of nature's many treasures!
- 2 Bananas, frozen and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Moringa powder
- One Lettuce head, small
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Coconut water
- 2 tablespoons each Frozen blueberries and raspberries
- To decorate Shredded coconut
- Pour the coconut water in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients up to the frozen berries.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with frozen blueberries and raspberries and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
