Green Tea & Moringa Ice cream bowl
Green tea and moringa ice cream smoothie bowl topped with goji and poppy seeds! Moringa is an excellent source of plant protein along with calcium, iron & magnesium to combat fatigue, maintain strong bones and promote muscle growth and relaxation. Plus it's so rich of antioxidants like vitamin A and E that not only boost immunity but give you glowing and healthy skin. Poppy seeds are little wonders of nature, so tiny but so rich in iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium & zinc. - 2 small Bananas, chopped and frozen
- 1 tbsp Green tea powder
- 1 tsp Moringa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Place the bananas also msg with the green tea, moringa, vanilla powders and cinnamon in a vitamix blender or a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with goji berries and poppy seeds. Enjoy!
