Coconut Chia Pudding
Creamy coconut chia pudding to start the day right! Or recover and treat yourself after a workout. - Medjool date
- Vanilla powder
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tbsp Coconut butter
- Stir in chia seeds and refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and top wit your favourite fruit, seeds, cacao nibs or dried berries. Enjoy!
