Banana Wild Green Smoothie
5 min Prep
Sometimes all you need is simple things like being around family, sunny weather, some wild greens to add to your morning smoothie after a long hike and some chewy dried bananas leftovers from baking cookies!
You don't always have to look for the most exclusive green powders which are definitely fun to experiment with and I love to use but it's important to remember that the greens and herbs in your backyard or local market are as powerful and full of goodness.
Get those plants in...smoothies, juices, sautéed, soups, steamed, roasted...however you prefer them. Take advantage of all their vitamins and minerals and experiment with simple and local ones. Plant medicine daily!
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Transfer to a serving bowls and top with dried or fresh bananas, shredded coconut and edible flowers if you can find them.
Enjoy it with someone you love or by yourself taking time to breath and relax!
