Thick Brownie Batter Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl contains no dairy, no fruit, no soy, no nuts, and a WHACKO ingredient that you will actually love--plus it's a vitamin and nutrient powerhouse!
- 2 cup boiled cauliflower
- 2.5 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp Stevia
- Boil the cauliflower until extremely soft and freeze the night before. When you're ready to blend, let the cauliflower thaw for at least an hour before making the smoothie bowl.
- Blend all ingredients in a strong food processor. Scrape down the sides if necessary. Be patient as it takes a while for all the pieces to blend smoothly, but it's totally worth it!
- Serve with your desired toppings.
- NOTE: If you don't like the taste of cauliflower, you can add some extra cacao and Stevia to mask the flavor, or add some slices or one whole frozen banana.
