Instant Brownie in a Bowl (vegan + gluten free)
Similar to my sweet potato kabocha pudding, but thicker and BETTER.
- 1 medium Japanese yam, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup kabocha, cooked and peeled
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp water
- Blend all ingredients until extremely smooth and sticky. If the mixture forms a dough, that is perfect!
