Chocolate PB Sweet Potato Kabocha Pudding
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 cup kabocha
- Cook your kabocha and sweet potato until both are soft.
- Peel your kabocha and sweet potato.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Reheat if the pudding has cooled and serve with toppings and enjoy!
