Blackened Pepper Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 dash pure sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Rinse and drain your Brussel sprouts.
- Slice the Brussel sprouts into even pieces.
- Line a tray with aluminum foil.
- Toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil and spices.
- Spread the Brussel sprouts on the tray evenly and roast for 45 minutes.
