Low-Fat Houmous with Sukrin Sesame Flour

- 1 can chickpeas
- 30 g Sesame Flour
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cloves garlic
- Sea salt
- Simply whizz all ingredients in a small food blender, or grind everything together in a large pestle and mortar for a chunkier houmous.
- Add more or less of any of the flavours to your taste.
