Figs, figs, figs!
A healthy breakfast with home-grown figs & blackberries! Enjoyed with a slice or 2 of toasted spelt bread smeared with margarine! MMM! The breakfast itself only has 4 ingredients in it!
- low-fat quark cheese
- a few drizzles of your favourite honey
- 12 fresh blackberries
- 6 figs in total, about 3 fresh juicy figs, per person
- Take 2 white breakfast bowls & ladle your quark in it. Place your quartered fresh figs on it, evenly placed. Arrange your 6 blackberries around it. Now, drizzle your favourite honey all over the quark, figs & blackberries, not too much because you want the taste the flavour of the figs & blackberries! Enjoy with a slice of 2 of your toasted spelt bread smeared with butter! Enjoy, with a loved one! MMM!
