Tomato Mozzarella Salad

- 1 large beefsteak tomato
- 1 large Mozzarella ball
- 7 fresh basil leaves
- Slice tomato into 7 thick slices leaving the tomato as one piece at the bottom (as shown in the picture).
- Slice Mozzarella and layer the slices to make a striped presentation.
- tear off, rinse and dry basil leaves. Place basil leaves between tomato and Mozzarella slices.
- Pour the classic balsamic dressing mixed with olive oil over salad just before serving.
