Raw Cashew Dreamcake
Raw refined sugar-free cake. Makes 6-8 pieces.
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 cups soft Medjool dates
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1/3 cup raw coconut oil
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 cup raspberries
- Start by making the base in a food processor add the almonds until very small pieces then add the Medjool dates. Stick into the bottom of each container.
- Then add all the ingredients except the raspberries to the blender to make the filling. Using only half the mixture pour into all containers. With the other half add the raspberries and again pour onto of the other layer.
- Freeze for two hours and enjoy!
