Guilt-free Chocolate Mousse
Gluten, dairy and sugar free dessert made out of avocado and cocoa powder. Healthy and delicious!
- 1/2 avocado
- 3/4 cup cashew nuts
- 2 cups almond mylk
- 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
- 4 medjool dates
- Soak the cashews for an hour before making the mousse.
- Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Decorate with fruit to make the mousse sweeter or with cocoa nibs to add crunchiness.
