Eating salads is a very easy way to introduce leafy greens and vegetables into your diet. I try to eat light salads for dinner as vegetables are good sources of insoluble fiber and help you keep your digestive tract healthy. I often have the same salad with no cheese although if you allow yourself a bit of cheese, feta cheese goes really well with the rest of ingredients in that salad.

Ingredients

Cooking Stages

    • Remove the core from the lettuce and chop the leaves. Add 2-3 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive oil.

    • Slice cucumbers and cut avocados into cubes. Crumble feta.

    • Mix all ingredients and add to the bowl together with peas.

    • Simply serve with black pepper of sprinkle with nuts of your choice.

    • Enjoy!
