I love broccoli in ay form but this recipe is my favourite!
- 250 g broccoli
- 75 ml olive oil
- 12 ml ume plum
- 12 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5 g onion
- Chop onion, rosemary (no sticks) and mint finely.
- Mix the marinate with broccoli.
- Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. If you have time, marinate overnight.
