Turkey, Spinach and Cheese Wraps
Simple, quick to prepare, gluten free and can be dairy free too, just replace the cheese with cashew cream. Veggies, you can add some tempeh and get creative, this is the perfect lunch box staple! - 1/4 - 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 handful Spinach
- 30 g Feta Cheese
- 200 g Turkey
- Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- Thinly slice and chop the Cucumber.
- Lay out the slices of Turkey and fill with mashed Cheese and Cucumber.
- Add Turmeric or optional Paprika or Lemon for flavour etc.
- Roll Turkey and wrap in Lettuce leaves.
