Sardines On Toast
This is the ideal bone healthy, energy rich and blood sugar steady snack! Ensure you get some really lovely organic wholegrain seeded bread (small loaf) and get a nice tin of Sardines (in Olive Oil). The Sardines are full of brain boosting and skin loving Omega-3 on top of teeny tiny bones, which you won't notice but give you Vitamin D and Calcium!! - 2 slices Organic Wholegrain Bread
- 1 Tin (3) Sardines
- simply slice your bread.
- Place in the toaster or have cold.
- Add a Sardine to each slice of toast.
- If you like it hot then place under a grill for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a dash of Himalayan Salt.
