Vegan Caraway Pudding
It is quick, easy, nutritious and full of flavor. It is perfect for cold and windy day. Also, it is a tasty and comforting treat that is full of warm spicy notes.
- 2.5 cup almond milk
- 50 g rice flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- Sliced almonds
- 1 tsp Caraway Anise
- In a medium-sized pot, bring almond milk to medium heat. Combine sugar, salt and RawSpiceBar’s Caraway Anise in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Add rice flour to milk, stir, and reduce heat to medium. Pour in half of the sugar mixture, continuing to stir until combined, then add the remaining mix and keep stirring.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens (until it thickly coats the back of a spoon, and until a small drop placed on a cold plate stays put when tilted). Top with sprinkle of RawSpiceBar’s Caraway Anise and sliced almonds, if desired!
