Cooking Stages

    • Chop the peppers and onion into medium squares

    • Heat the oil in a pan or wok on medium high

    • Put the drumsticks in the oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper

    • When the drumsticks turn light brown, add the chopped vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes

    • Throw in the peanuts, garlic, ginger and RawSpiceBar’s Sambhar Masala. Stir fry for about 5 minutes

    • Put the coconut milk and water and bring to a boil

    • Adjust the salt.

    • If you want it hot, add some hot sauce

    • Enjoy with hot steamed rice
