Delicious and sustaining, this will keep you fuelled until lunch.
Protein-packed with both simple and complex carbohydrates and plenty of minerals to make this chocolate flavour totally guilt free. It's also wonderfully versatile - sometimes I put maca powder or Baobab instead of hemp and change up the nuts and seeds according to my mood. You can also sweeten, but I usually choose not to, unless I need a real boost ;)

    • Place all ingredients into a good blender (I use a nutribullet)

    • Blend and serve.

    • To keep you fuller increase hemp protein.
