Three-Ingredient Almond Butter Breakfast Cookie
- Paleo friendly - Grain-free - Dairy-free - Soy-free - No refined sugars

- 1/3 Raw organic honey
- 1 Almond butter
- Mix ingredients well (don't over-mix)
- Scoop batter into a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350F oven.
- Let cookies cool on the baking tray for about 5 minutes
- Remove carefully and place on cooling rack for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with tea or coffee.
