We’re nuts about cashews We hope you love our new ingredient – cashew milk; it’s a great substitute for almond milk, as the taste is similar and you get that creaminess minus the guilt. Cashews are technically seeds from the fruit of a cashew tree, and their monounsaturated fats contain oleic acid, typically found in olive oil and known for improving heart health. And it only gets better, cashew milk blends beautifully with delicately sweet melon, especially with the cheeky caramel taste that lucuma provides. Spritz it up with a squeeze of bitter lime and get tropical by adding passion fruit seeds, and a sprinkle of coconut.
