For this blissful blend, we’ve taken inspiration from the intricately flavoursome desserts of Asia; by incorporating bok choy, mango, coconut and lemongrass. The flavours that really stand out are the mango and lemongrass; mango will create the base of this blend with its tropical taste and creamy texture, it’ll also turn your smoothie into a summery yellow colour, and provide hearty doses of vitamins A and C. The lemongrass will add a sharp citrus twist and bok choy provides a subtle juiciness; banana is a great energy booster, and sweet-smelling coconut milk ties everything together.

- Blend the leafy greens and liquids first until you get a smooth consistency (30 - 60 seconds).
- Then add the remaining ingredients, and blend for a further 60 seconds to ensure there are no leafy chunks.
