- Blend the leafy greens and liquids first until you get a smooth consistency (30 - 60 seconds).
- Then add the remaining ingredients, and blend for a further 60 seconds to ensure there are no leafy chunks.
- Add the protein powder just before adding the ice as protein is delicate and can be damaged by over blending.
