- Start blending the coconut milk and kale first.
- Then add frozen fruits and vegetables and then your add-ins such as powders.
- Then it's time for your fresh fruits.
- Lastly, add your ice.
- NOTE: If the recipes includes protein powder, then add it just before the ice, as protein is delicate and can be damaged by over blending.
