Start your day the right way
We’d consider this smoothie a classic blend, spruced up with exotic maca powder and familiar pumpkin seeds, for a double superfood hit. One of our leafy favourites, kale will make your smoothie brilliantly green and fibrous, and it contains over your daily recommended amount of vitamins A, C and K. You just can’t go wrong adding a banana to a smoothie – not only do they create a creamy dreamy texture, they also keep energy levels high; and sweetened up with juicy grapes, you’ll have yourself a winner!
Start blending the coconut milk and kale first.
Then add frozen fruits and vegetables and then your add-ins such as powders.
Then it's time for your fresh fruits.
Lastly, add your ice.
NOTE: If the recipes includes protein powder, then add it just before the ice, as protein is delicate and can be damaged by over blending.
