Blend with a creamy tropical mango (high in vitamin C), to make these surprisingly summery days ones to remember – but don’t forget your greens! Throw in a bag of one of our favourite super-leaves, spinach (packed with vitamin A) for an uplifting energy boost. Whizz everything up with some juicy sweet grapes, and finish off with the nutty goodness of sunflower seeds.

    • Then add the remaining ingredients, and blend for a further 60 seconds to ensure there are no leafy chunks.
