Let’s twist again, like we did last summer...
Just like the classic song goes… we love a twist – and there’s nothing like throwing a veggie curveball into a fruit-based smoothie. Carrot is a great option because it’s sweet and perfectly complements orange – if you’ve ever had carrot juice you’ll know what we mean! Plus, one carrot contains 204% of your daily recommended amount of vitamin A – great for boosting the immune system, improving eye and skin health. The mellow taste of sweet cantaloupe will take you to melon heaven; and blitzing it up with our newest ingredient – cashew nut milk, is a creamy combination that’ll get your feet tapping.
Put all the ingredients in the blender except for the Hemp Protein powder.
Blend for 30-60 seconds then add the powder and the ice. Spin some more and you're done.
