Cashew Yogurt with Fruits
Equipment needed: Blender
- 1 Cup pre soaked cashews (4h)
- 1 1/2 Cup coconut kefir water OR 2 capsules of good quality probiotic and water
- Rinsed cashews place in the blender and add probiotic powder.
- Blend until smooth texture is achieved.
- Pour into sterile glass jar leaving 1/4 from the top, as it will grow when fermenting.
- Cover with a clean tea towel and leave overnight at the room temperature.
- The next day, blend the yogurt again until silky smooth.
- Add any kind of fruits/berries available.
