We had amazing lazy bank holiday weekend. After being spoliled wirh breakfast in bed I decided to treat my amazing boyfriend with the most amazing desert.
- Vanilla - Chocolate chia mousse
- From the bottom :
Chia chocolate mousse: ( 3 tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in cup of almond milk with 2 table spoon of raw cacao powder left in the fridge overnight and blended before serving in hight speed blender until smooth consistence). Raspberries and kiwi or any other fruit you like.
Vanilla chia mousse: ( 3 table spoons of chia seeds soaked overnight in almond milk with 1 tablespoon of organic vanilla extract and pinch of cinnamon powder left in the fridge overnight and blended before serving in hight speed blender until smooth consistence). Blueberries and chocolate nibs.
