MACKEREL SALAD WITH BEETROOTS
For the past few days I eat fish 2 a day, i think i'm getting addicted hahha but i feel good. Today i made salad and it was delish so decided to share the recipe, I hope that you will like it. The mackerel is rich in essential oils, vitamins ( A, B6, B12, C, D, E, K) and minerals as well as Omega-3 and fatty acids (Omega-6).
- Fresh parsley
- 1 smocked mackerel filet
- 150 g cooked beetroot
- 100 g mixed salad leaves
- 1-2 celery sticks
- Roasted seeds
- 1/2 lemons juice
- You can either buy boiled beetroots or boil them until just tender.
- Flake the mackerel and add beetroot,season it the way you like.
- Add salad, lemon ( if you want you can add a bit of olive oil).
