EGG BAKED IN AVOCADO
It's been some time since I wanted to try this combination but there was always something stopping me. Today I just wanted to eat something quick and yummy. I like avocados I like eggs, why not to try plus..... Is so simple. I hope that you will like this recipe as much as I did.
- 1 Avocado
- 2 eggs
- Some topping if you want
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat your oven, 180-200C. Half your avocado and remove the pit. Now if your avocado is medium to a big size you don't need to scoop any extra flesh but if your avocado is small you need to remove it to make some space for the eggs.
- What I did I baked empty avocado for 5 min just to make the texture softer before I cracked the eggs. But from what I could see on the cooking websites you don't have to do that, you can bake it with eggs at the same time.
- Crack the eggs and bake it for as long as the egg texture is the way you like it.
- When ready top it up with your fauvorite toppings. I made my very simple as I tried it for the first time.
