Coconut macaroons, the best in the world. Crispy on the outside soft in the middle.
- 3 egg whites
- 2-3 cup desiccated coconut
- pinch salt
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Add the coconut and mix gently.
- On a plate lined with baking paper spoon coconut mix ( I use an icecream scoop).
- Bake in preheated oven to 170C for around 15min ( or until the macaroons will start getting golden brown).
