Cooking Stages

    • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

    • Add the coconut and mix gently.

    • On a plate lined with baking paper spoon coconut mix ( I use an icecream scoop).

    • Bake in preheated oven to 170C for around 15min ( or until the macaroons will start getting golden brown).
