Coconut water contains some essential electrolytes that contribute to your health. Maca powder can boost energy levels and even enhance athletic performance. - 40 g gluten free rolled oats Bob's Red Mill
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- Add coconut water and coconut shreds and leave it over night.
- In the morning blend coconut water mixed with shredded in high speed blender, and you will have coconut milk ready.
- Next, melt coconut oil in the pot, add oats, coconut milk you just made.
- Stir it for a while, add maca powder and coconut sugar.
- Add toppings of your choice and enjoy.
