Chia pudding with salted caramel
Desserts based on these extremely amazing and nutritious chia seeds are very delicate in flavour. For its preparation I used a home made almond milk with organic vanilla powder, aromatic and tasty energy booster!
- pinch himalayan salt
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- 6 dates
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- Soak chia seeds overnight in plant milk, mixed with maca powder and vanilla powder.
- To make salted caramel, soak dates in warm water for 10-15 min. When soft blend them in high speed blender until smooth, together with salt and baobab powder.
- Whipped the coconut cream ( if you wish add some sweetener).
- Serve together with nuts and fruits.
