Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes
- 1 flax egg
- 25 g rolled oats
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 20 ml almond milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- 10-30 ml water
- 15 g coconut flour
- Heat a skillet over medium low heat and melt a little coconut oil. Meanwhile, combine the above ingredients into a mixing bowl to create your pancake batter.
- Turn the heat down to low and pour 3 flat tbsps of the chocolate batter onto the pan. Allow this to cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip until both sides seem done. Repeat with the rest of your batter.
- Whilst cooking your pancakes, mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
- Stack up pancakes and top with the chocolate sauce for the best pancake stack ever.
