Berry-licious Açai Smoothie Bowl
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 4 strawberries
- handful blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp acai powder
- 1/2 tbsp blueberry powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp xanthum gum
- Toppings: raspberries, sliced kiwi, blueberries
- Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie. Once blended, pour into a (pineapple) bowl.
- Top with your favourite nibbles and fresh fruit.
