Choco-nana ice cream
Pure vegan soft ice-cream made with frozen banana. Delicious!
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 splash almond milk
- Slice bananas and freeze them for at least eight hours. Take them out of the freezer 10–15 minutes before starting.
- Mix everything in a blender, adding milk if needed. And top with whatever you like. I like to top mine with chocolate sauce (1 tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp rice syrup)
