I think this is now my favourite smoothie EVER! Mango and lemon with a delectable hint of turmeric and cinnamon. Wow, it’s delicious. Adding spices into your diet is on my list of one of the best ways to love your body. Herbs as well as spices have so many healing properties as well as adding a depth of flavour. This is a great way of adding that little bit extra magic to your morning, or afternoon!
